|Saturday||By Appointment Only |Online Appointments can be scheduled 24 hours a day up to 90 days in the future: www.mccarter.genbook.com or use the booknow button anywhere you see it on this website.
Friday appointments are available every other weekend and Saturday by request. If you visit genbook and it doesn't show dates available it is because the schedule is already full for that day. If this happens please call me at 423-552-4310 and I can try to get you in either before the first scheduled appointment or after the last. I'll do what I can to help but know that in order to keep from harming my own body (back, hands, wrist) I try to limit massage sessions to no more then 5 per day. However, on occasion I can handle doing an extra session. So just call or text to inquire or at least to get on the cancelation/wait list. Usually once every week or so someone has to change or switch their appointment. So if you look at genbook and don't see anything for a month please call me and let me know you would like to get on the schedule.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we have the following policy:
24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This (hopefully) allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in your place. If you are unable to give us at least 12 hours advance notice you will be charged a fee of 1/2 the amount of your appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. (FULL PRICE of Scheduled service will be sent by invoice)
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We look forward to serving you!
